At Queen Esther, we empower girls by addressing their needs for life skills and leadership development and mentorship. We tackle critical challenges such as lack of life skills, leadership skills, gender equity, teenage pregnancy, and character development. Our comprehensive programs aim to transform girls into confident, capable leaders who can navigate and overcome these obstacles and become agents of change.

 

 

 

The Lead Girl program is a transformational servant leadership initiative designed to empower girls to become agents of change. Through this program, girls develop essential leadership skills and gain the confidence to lead with integrity and compassion. We focus on building their capacity to influence and drive positive change in their communities.

 

 

Our conflict transformation programs aim to cultivate a safe and nurturing environment for the empowerment of girls. These programs address issues of conflict and create strategies for peaceful resolution, ensuring that girls can thrive in supportive and harmonious settings. 

 

 

The Queen Esther International Beauty Pageant is more than just a pageant; it is a mentorship program where we discover and mentor the Esthers of our time. This program provides a platform for girls to showcase their talents, build self-esteem, and receive guidance from experienced mentors. Through this initiative, we nurture future leaders who embody grace, intelligence, and a strong sense of purpose.
