Queen Esther is a registered non-governmental organization based in Maun, Botswana, dedicated to empowering girls and young women to become confident leaders and agents of change in their communities. Since our founding, we have reached thousands of young people through mentorship, leadership training, and outreach programs designed to break cycles of inequality and create new opportunities for the girl child.

Our name and inspiration come from Queen Esther in the Bible — a young woman whose courage, wisdom, and leadership saved her people. We believe that every girl carries the same potential to lead, inspire, and transform society when given the right support and opportunities.
